100-Day Trial
- Try your Arctic Warrior for 100 days from delivery.
- You'll be completely satisfied, or you can return your order.
- Fast refund processing within 48 hours of return receipt.
- Zero restocking fees (unlike others who charge 15-30%).
- One trial per household (fair for everyone).
Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
- Contact us within 100 days of receipt.
- Give us call on (386) 388-6867 or email us at support@arctic-warriors.com
- Provide your order number and your feedback about why you're returning it (and photo/video materials if you need to report an issue with the product).
We'll respond within 24-48 hours. - Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Shipping Your Return
All returns must include a valid RMA. To obtain your RMA and generate a return label, please contact our support team.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our return center. You may pre-pay for a label using the return center below, or you can ship your return using the carrier of your choice (we recommend this option, as it gives you full control over the return costs and carrier choice).
3. Return Condition Requirements
- Items must be in clean condition
- Include all original components, packaging and tags
- Returns without valid RMA will not be accepted
- Please ensure proper packaging for safe transit
- We kindly ask that you clean and wipe the water chiller, ice bath and other
- components before shipping them out
- For bundle products (water chiller + ice bath + essentials), returns are processed as complete sets. Please ensure all components are included
4. Refund Processing
Typically 2-3 business days, maximum 7 business days. Our warehouse checks returns immediately and you will be notified immediately once the refund is issued, but please note that the time it takes for you to receive your funds depending on the payment processor.

Important Policies
Product Arrived Damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of both the product and packaging. We'll assess and respond within 24 hours, arranging immediate replacements at no cost to you:
- For minor issues: Replacement parts shipped right away
- For major issues: Complete unit replacement
- All shipping and replacement costs covered by us
Your satisfaction remains our top priority.
Order Cancellations
All refunds requested after placing your order (before we ship it out), are subject to a processing fee depending on the payment processor used:
- 5% standard cancellation fee
- 8% if processed via TrueMed
- 9% if processed by Affirm
These fees are due to payment processor charges and transaction taxes. Only applies to Order Cancellations. Once the Shipped/Fulfilled stage is reached, canceling the entire order becomes impossible before the items are returned to us. To cancel an order, please contact us.
Final Sale Items
All Maintenance Kits (including Sirona Products) sales are final and they can not be returned. (They are chemicals, and our partners do not accept any returns for them.)
Accessories and Wears
- Can be returned under same conditions as main products
- Report any damage immediately
- Same return process applies

Our commitment to quality extends beyond the trial period with a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty on water chillers and ice baths. This warranty covers defects or malfunctions — if your chiller encounters any covered issues within a year from purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no additional cost.

Warranty Duration:
The standard warranty duration is 1 year from the date of receipt. The warranty applies to the customer purchased, and is transferable with proof of purchase. You can purchase an extended warranty during checkout.

What's Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications

*Note: While accessories and parts aren't covered under the standard warranty, if they fail due to structural defects or malfunctions, we'll provide you with free replacements.
